Complete refurbishment of a Grade II listed building set within one of Marylebone’s conservation areas. The project benefited from the addition of a rear extension, which enabled the landscaping of the rear garden. The design reinstated the kitchen on the lower ground level and connected the vault spaces to the main body of the house. A modern touch was created using a light color palette.
